Health Club
Our spacious gym is equipped with the latest cardiovascular and strength-training equipment, allowing you to work out efficiently and effectively. Group Fitness Classes
Join our dynamic group fitness classes led by experienced instructors who bring energy and expertise to every session. Reformer Pilates Studio
Reformer Pilates is designed for all fitness and ability levels. Using spring-loaded resistance on a reformer bed, our coaches will guide you through a variety of exercises designed to increase your strength, mobility, coordination, and balance.

Functional Training Zone
Our Functional Training sessions are 30-minute high-energy workouts that fit seamlessly into your busy schedule. This functional training program combines the latest in exercise science with progressive overload techniques, ensuring maximum results in just 30 minutes.

Recovery Zone
After an invigorating workout, unwind in our luxurious Recovery Space. Enjoy all of our recovery gear, such as compression boots, massage guns, vibrating foam rollers, and vibrating massage balls! Our wellness services are designed to help you relax, rejuvenate, and recover – enhancing your overall well-being.
