Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout. The reformer is a bed-like machine that moves back and forward and features functionalities (i.e. springs) to increase resistance as you work out. 

No prior experience is necessary. Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, and our instructors make sure to demonstrate techniques that are adaptable for beginners as well as experts.

Wear comfortable workout clothing and bring a water bottle. We provide all the equipment you’ll need.

Classes run for 50 minutes, ensuring a total body workout as well as a mindful practice.

Reformer Pilates is low-impact and great for rehabilitation. Let your instructor know about any injuries so they can tailor the workout for you.

Flexibility is not a requirement for Reformer Pilates rather Reformer Pilates helps improve flexibility over time. Exercises in Reformer Pilates can be modified to accommodate all levels of flexibility.

While Reformer Pilates is not primarily a cardio workout, it can aid in weight loss by building lean muscle, boosting metabolism, and improving overall body composition.
