Group Exercise classes are a great social way to help build your confidence and accountability while making you smile! Providing numerous benefits, including social interaction, routine and motivation. Catering to a range of ages and abilities, we have classes ranging from strength-based through to wellness aimed at training your mind as well as the body.

50 minutes | Low Impact
This class focuses on key postures and correct alignment, incorporating the yoga philosophy of combining movement with breath to help you experience the full benefits of a strong, healthy, and calm mind and body.
45 minutes | Low Impact
This class is designed for beginners and experienced students alike. It helps you disconnect from the stress of everyday life, supports better sleep and fitness results, and allows your body and mind to release, reset, and restore.
60 minutes | Low Impact
This class targets the tissues of our ligaments, joints, deep fascial networks, and even our bones. It’s a slow-paced style of yoga that incorporates postures held for 1 to 5 minutes, designed to complement more active forms of yoga and exercise.

This class is a workout combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, and strength training.
