WORKSAFE/TAC MEMBERSHIPS
Insurance & Third-Party Memberships
Gurri Wanyarra Wellbeing Centre welcomes clients accessing memberships through insurance providers such as TAC, WorkSafe, Gallagher Bassett, GIO, and EML. Once your claim is approved, you can begin rehabilitation activities including hydrotherapy, gym sessions, and exercise physiology.
Third-party representatives can request term memberships via invoice:

Third Party Membership Purchases – Invoicing Process
If you are a third-party representative (e.g. case manager or purchasing officer) wishing to purchase a membership on behalf of a client and require invoicing, please follow the process outlined below.
Membership Pricing (Effective from 1 July 2025)
6-Month Memberships:- Aquatic Access: $341.00 (incl. GST)
- Gym & Aquatic Access: $636.00 (incl. GST)
- Aquatic Access: $635.00 (incl. GST)
- Gym & Aquatic Access: $1,235.00 (incl. GST)
Please Note:
- Access is granted only after payment is received.
- Unpaid invoices will not be followed up.
- Invoices overdue by 30+ days will be voided and must be resubmitted.
Step 1
Step 1 - Click the button below to download your quote for your insurance company. You need to send this to your insurance company with your other documentation in order to receive their Approval letter.

Step 2 - AFTER you have received your approval letter from your insurer / funding agency, please email it to gwwc@belgravialeisure.com.au
Step 3
Step 3 - AFTER we receive payment from your third party provider, a member of our team will get in touch to get you started on your membership journey (please note that third parties are currently taking between 7-45 days to make payment).
What happens next?
Once we've received your approval letter and payment from your insurer / funding agency, we'll be in touch with you in regards to:
- establishing your membership with GWWC,
- getting your account set up on Active World,
- logging in and using the Active World app,
- booking you in for your first BEGIN appointment
BEGIN with Gurri Wanyarra Wellbeing Centre
Every new member at GWWC is entitled to three (3) FREE BEGIN sessions. These are sessions designed to get people started with their fitness goals.
Beginning Consultation - (Day 1-3)
- Pre-Exercise Screening
- Goal setting
- Program design and demonstration
Check in – (Day 14-17)
- Review Program, modify as required
- Review experience at facility
Benefits consultation – (Day 30-35)
- Member results are measured from initial appointment
- Set plan for following 30 days (including an additional check in if required)
How Our Exercise Physiologists Can Help
Gurri Wanyarra also have exercise physiologists to assist you with your recovery. Some memberships covered by WorkCover or TAC may also include approval for Exercise Physiology. With Accredited Exercise Physiologists on site we can set you up with a tailored rehabilitative program for you to use our state of the art gym or warm water therapy pool. With the combination of your membership and guidance from our health professionals, we can get you back on track and support you through your health and fitness journey.
